NAME
       privacy - Data collection practices for ExecPrompt

SYNOPSIS
       This document describes the data handling philosophy of DayOfGeek
       tools, specifically ExecPrompt.

DESCRIPTION
       ExecPrompt operates under the Unix Philosophy regarding data:
       
       1. We do not exfiltrate prompts to third-party analytics
       2. Local Ollama traffic never touches dayofgeek.com servers
       3. No persistent identifiers transmitted beyond session themes
       4. No cookies. No trackers. No fingerprinting.

DATA COLLECTION
       The following data is collected:

       Cloudflare Analytics (Aggregated, No PII)
              - Page views (daily totals, no user tracking)
              - Geographic distribution (country-level only)
              - Performance metrics (response times)
       
       Cloudflare KV Storage (Optional, User-Controlled)
              - Theme preference (keyed to ephemeral session ID)
              - Persists for 7 days unless user clears browser data
              - No cross-device tracking

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
       - Individual user identities
       - Email addresses (unless you email us)
       - IP addresses (Cloudflare logs are not accessed)
       - Conversation content
       - Model selections
       - Browsing history
       - Device fingerprints

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
       Google Fonts
              Font files loaded from fonts.googleapis.com
              Cloudflare caching reduces external requests
              No tracking via font requests (first-party subset possible)

       Ollama Cloud (If User Enables)
              When using --cloud flag in ExecPrompt mobile app,
              conversations are transmitted to Ollama's cloud service.

       Local Ollama (Default)
              All processing occurs on user's device (localhost:11434)
              No data leaves user's network

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
       ExecPrompt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly
       collect data from minors.

YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR/CCPA)
       Since we collect minimal data:
       - Right to Access: Contact us, we'll confirm we have nothing
       - Right to Deletion: Clear your browser cache
       - Right to Portability: Export your theme preference JSON (if stored)
